ORDERING TEAM UNIFORMS
• Pick a style from the Xtreme Catalogue
• Send us a picture of a style that you want and we can give you a quote
• Ask the Xtreme Design team to help you create a style to make your team stand out
Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation via email that we have received
the order.

All styles in the catalogue are available in any colour combination. These custom styles are
not returnable except for manufacturing defects only.

To get a sample made $175 and to get a full-colour design of the uniform $75

MATCHING & COLOURS
Xtreme will match any previous order or your current uniform. To match your uniform as
closely as possible we require a sample of the garment. Please label each item with team name,
contact person and telephone number. We make every effort to match colours. We cannot
be responsible for slight shading differences as dye lots my vary.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Xtreme stands behind our product, if we have manufactured a garment incorrectly we will fix it.
Claims for shortages, damages or incorrect merchandise must be made within 10 business
days of receipt of the order. We do not accept returns for metallic & sequin fabric for colour
problems, durability and are not responsible for sequins that fall off.

PAYMENTS AND TERMS
Xtreme Apparel and Sportswear requires a full or 50% deposit on orders with the balance
due before shipping. We accept email bank transfer, cheque, money order, VISA and Mastercard.
Or we can ship C.O.D. Xtreme will not accept multiple cheques from individual team members.
We do not start production until the deposti is received.

CANCELATIONS
Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed into production, as all uniforms,
practice gear, warm ups, poms and bows are made to customers’ specification.

MINIMUM ORDERS
A minimum order of 8 uniforms is required on all orders, including re-orders and add-ons.
1-7 add $10 per uniform piece

SHIPPING / MANUFACTURING TIME
Shipping dates are determined from the time we have both complete order and deposit.
Please allow additional weeks for order of more than 100 uniforms.
During our busy season, delivery of some items may take additional time.
Xtreme assumes no liability for delays out of our control such as supplies issues and labour.
